By downloading or using GymRating AI ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
GymRating AI analyzes physique photos you submit and returns AI-generated aesthetic scores, feedback, and improvement suggestions. Results are estimations produced by an AI model and may be inaccurate.
All output — including scores, body-fat estimates, and improvement plans — is for entertainment and general fitness motivation only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified professional before making health, diet, or training decisions.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
To keep the service available to everyone, analyses are rate limited (including a short cooldown between scans and a daily cap).
The app, its design, and its content (excluding your photos and data) are owned by the developer. You retain rights to the photos you upload; you grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the analysis service.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including decisions made based on AI-generated results.
We may modify or discontinue features, and may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
